They should not call Lisa a loan processor because she is so much more than that. She takes every single step with you has you navigate through every aspect of the home buying experience. She uses a balance of ingenuity and decisiveness to adapt to and resolve issues and has a silk like touch when delivering to you informed feedback on corrections that need to be made.
