Lisa and her assistant were both out of the office for a long time during the time when we needed to be moving forward with our loan. Their unlicensed team member had us come in to sign some things that we did incorrectly online, and she didn't even know what some of the things were that we were signing. The whole process took 2 whole months and when our interest rate wasn't locked in and ended up going up throughout the whole drawn out process, we were not even informed.
