Honestly we only really interacted with Rachel and she was fantastic. It should be called Rachel's team. We met with Ashlee once and she never mentioned the hero grant. Thank god my son asked more VA Questions and Rachel had knowledge of the VA hero grant or we would have missed the great opportunity we received.

The team at Summit is an absolute dream! We had some problems trying to buy a different house and were pretty discouraged by the time we were referred to Summit Funding. They handled our case with promptness and ease. The ladies were extremely patient, understanding, and friendly. And I bugged them a lot! I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough to these women.

Our experience was very unorganized, there were too many last minute demands on information needed, the people calling us asking for this information didn't seem to know ahead of time they needed certain things from us. We had too many different people from Summit Lending calling and emailing us regarding information they needed to complete our loan, it would have been nice to deal with just one or two people throughout the process.

The buying process was made so much easier for us as we could individually sign all paperwork via the internet. We had great communication with Lisa and her Team. Our purchase went so smoothly!
