It was quick and and for the most part quite easy. The staff was very friendly, and professional. We don't have much help when it comes to having a sitter for our kids and Team Fleck made bringing our two boys, two and four, to the long appointments much more pleasant by providing the kids with toys and being okay with them driving toy cars on the staff members desk.

I think less team members would be helpful or better communication amongst the team.
