Being kept up to date with the process of the loan. Also being able to ask questions and get answers to our questions.

We were home buyers from out of state but Team Fleck communicated so well we felt like we were right there in front of them through the process. I especially liked how they tackled road blocks with the loan along the way. They figured out the best way to solve problems while continuing to work on the loan to meet our desired closing date. They really hustled and we got into the house on time.
